Hi Team,

I have recently purchased this wedding theme but when I am installing the theme I am getting an error “style.css” is missing.
Can you please guide me with the installation and theme configuration.

Hi Feriha,

It seems you are uploading the wrong zip file.
Extract the Zip file bb-wedding-bliss-pro_0.2.zip. You will get “bb-wedding-bliss-pro.zip”, this is the actual theme. Do the same for the child theme.
You can find these steps in the documentation as well: http://www.themeshopy.com/docs/bb-wedding-bliss/
If you face difficulty in that, then just drop off your hosting and WordPress credential we will update the theme files for you.

Note: Make sure you activate the child theme and then proceed with your theme setup.

You have not set up the homepage template, check http://themeshopy.com/docs/bb-wedding-bliss/#set_homepage_template.
Do all the steps present in the home page setup section and let us know.

Hi, working with the wedding theme. Is there a way to have more than three bridesmaids or groomsmen? I see how to edit each name/photo but can’t find a way to add more.

No! Currently in our theme there is not an option to add more then three bridesmaids or groomsmen.In our next theme update we will provide the option to add more then three.

Hi,

I can’t install the required plugins. “This theme requires the following plugins: TS Gallery Images and TS Title Banner Image.” Nothing at all happens when I press Install. Or bulk-action to install both.. When I do bulk-action the following message appears “No plugins are available to be installed at this time.”

I need some advice!

Hi pål andre,

You got all the plugins and theme zip files on your order confirmation mail. Also, you can download the plugins and the theme from your Themeshopy account downloads section.

Once you have downloaded the plugin Go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New and upload the zip files.

Here is the procedure to setup the theme demo content.

1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.
Label it “home” or anything as you wish. Then select template “home-page” from template drop-down.’

2. Set the front page: Go to Setting -> Reading –> Set the front page display static page to home page

This will show all the demo content on your front page. Now you can customize each section through the Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings.

Well, I bought the Pro version, and have not recieved an order confirmation email. In the downloads section there is only the zip file for the theme, no plugins. I cant find the plugin in the search engine within WordPress either. I have installed the theme and started editing, but these two plugins are not installed / can’t be installed. They are not within the zip file of the theme either?

Hello,

I purchased the Theme Wedding Bliss and having uploaded to WordPress, continue to have issues with replicating it to what the demo looks like.

Please advise, as I am looking to complete this project asap. The inital upload of the theme did not remotely mimic the demo.

Hi Andrew Parker,

After Uploaded to WordPress you have to follow some easy steps,

1) Go to Dashboard << Pages << Add New Page << Page Attributes << Template << Select Home Page << Publish. 2) Go to Dashboard << Appearance << Customize << Homepage Setting << Select the radio button of A static page << Homepage << Select your homepage on dropdown << Publish. After using these steps you will get the wedding bliss demo on your WordPress site. Thanks

I am experiencing several issues with the Wedding Bliss theme and am wondering if you can advise:

-Gallery not functioning correctly, despite following the instructions.
-New pages are not retaining the left panel blog template, despite selecting the template.
-Groomsman and Bridesmaid picture appears in WordPress edit tool, but viewing the website on another device does not display picture.

Please advise or review website—i have previously provided login credentials. I am operating on Eastern US time; i will reply when able. Please advise as this endeavor is already taking longer than it should.

Hello,

As for my questions, is there’s any way to add additional groomsmen/bridesmaids?
In addition:
1)Whenever I attempt to install my own pic in the banner section (the v-shaped picture) my picture is weirdly being cropped by the upload each time…it does not look pleasant. Can you advise?
2)Since I am unable to add additional groomsmen/bridesmaids, can you advise of a workaround? i’ve added a center picture but I can’t seem to make it bigger? Can I turn the sections into a linkable gallery?
3)I can’t seem hyperlink the Thanks/gift registry section. Does the theme not support this? If so, that doesn’t make any sense….
4)In general, I can’t seem to hyperlink any of the front page items. Please advise?
5)For the top banner menu, how would you recommend I go about mimicking the demo site, which had the blog? When I attempt to add a blog page, it doesn’t do anything
6)Which website/tool did the theme use in creating the banner image and the text that overlays it? (it is the box with the “Mitchell and John” and the wedding date). On the theme you installed, I don’t even have it.
