BB Mobile Application Theme

I’ve sent a couple of emails to said address more than a month ago, and received an automated response (addressed to name that is not even mine) only with the same instructions that I followed without success before looking for a solution here. BB Mobile App Pro License Management tool in my WordPress (installed within Plesk) does nothing when I press the “Activate License” button after pasting the same key that I find on my Licenses section in my profile. I cannot use most of the theme’s features because I cannot activate it.
