Hello Please I need your technical support, Please am trying to fix the gallery and the picture is not showing, the donation form is not coming up, showing an error message. Please I need your support as soon as possible thanks

As per your query, we have seen your site and we are giving you some easy steps to get gallery and donation form.
Go to Dashboard >> Gallery >> Make your gallery and add images on it >> just in the top you will get gallery ID number >> just go to Customizer >> On Gallery section add the id on shortcode >> Publish.
And for a donation form add contact form plugin and use the form shortcode on customizer Donation section and add the shortcode there.

If you got stuck somewhere then send us the query. If you want we can set up your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL to [email protected].

Please go through the following steps to make sure you have done with this or not.
You got the premium theme download links on your order confirmation mail which contains the following zip files:
1. TS Charity Pro
2. TS Charity Pro child
3. TS Charity Pro Posts Types
4. TS Title Banner Plugin
5. TS Gallery Images PluginIf you haven’t got the zip file of the theme, please send us your order number, we will give you the login credential of your account on our website
TS Charity Pro is a premium version theme and TS Charity Pro child is a child theme. The “TS Charity Pro Posts Types” and “TS Title Banner Plugin” and “TS Gallery Images Plugin” is a theme required plugins.
You need to upload the themes separately. First, upload TS Charity Pro zip via Appearance -> Themes and then TS Charity Pro child zip via Appearance -> Themes activate the child theme. The “TS Charity Pro Posts Types” and “TS Title Banner Plugin” and “TS Gallery Images Plugin” would be uploaded via Plugins -> Add new. These both of plugins will be uploaded separately one by one.
If you have successfully completed theme installation, then follow the below steps to get the demo content on your homepage.
1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.
Label it “home” or anything as you wish. Then select template “home-page” from template drop-down.

Slider Setting is not working. Please help on my page afipakistan.org. I have uploaded three pictures but slider is not working.

We have visited your website and it seems that you have not set the home page template.
This is the reason that the slider images are not displaying.
Follow the steps given below to set the Home page template
1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.
Label it “home” or anything as you wish. Then select the template “Homepage” from template drop-down.2. Set the front page: Go to Setting >> Reading >> Set the front page display static page to the home
After this add the slider images of your choice.

For this section, you have to activate Ts Charity pro Post Types plugin(for more information refer to plugin section).
Go to Dashboard>> Causes>> Add new.

Hi,
I bought the TS Charity Pro.
I copied and pasted the license key in the wordpress backend: it tells me that the license number is not valid!!! (on my account section of your site I also indicated the domain on which I want to use the theme, but activation always gives me the error: License key is invalid. Please check it once … or it’s only bug of WordPress/theme?)
NOTE: immediately after the purchase I did NOT even receive the purchase confirmation email or other notifications!!!
NOTE 2: top menu doesn’t work in responsive mode!!!
Give me any, explanation, suggestion or the solution, please.
