I bought the theme bundle at a very good price. Or so I thought. But when I used a plugin to try to create a child theme with my theme of choice, I got a “fatal error”-warning and was adviced not to activate the theme. Being a rookie who can’t tell if the problem was with the theme or the plugin I contacted Themeshopy to ask for advice/explanation.
It’s been a week now, and I still haven’t heard anything. Could I have found something else to spend my money on than a bundle of themes that I don’t dare to use? …
