    I purchased a theme on 2024/4/2, but the license key I was sent is invalid and I’m unable to use it. I’m in a very difficult situation as I have my commercial website stopped, waiting to update it. Please send the correct license key immediately.

    When I try to email the [email protected] address, I receive an undeliverable mail notification, and when I try to contact you through the contact form, I’m not even getting an automated reply. I’m not familiar with how to use this support forum properly. In any case, please respond urgently.

    This website does not seem to have any information about the site operators. In Japan, all online retailers are required by law to publicly disclose their location and other details, but is that not the case in your country?
