We have updated the theme with the same version you just need to download it again and upload it to your wp-content/themes directory via Cpanel or FTP make sure you first delete the existing theme. Your previously added content will not be lost.

Hi, i already read all this documentation and did all installations , but it doesn’t help, i cannot create categories, and also sliders, products. How to fix it?

As per your query, its look like you are getting issues to setup things.

If you want we can set up your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the Site URL at [email protected].

I have purchased the pro version of BB Ecommerce but I have the lite version currently installed. What is the process to migrate from the lite version to the pro version? Also the file b-ecommerce-store-pro-child_1.zip is a zero byte file. Is that supposed to be a zero byte file? I downloaded the 4 files listed for the pro version but I haven’t uploaded them yet until I understand how to update the lite version to the pro version.

You got the premium theme download links on your order confirmation mail which contains the following zip files:

1. BB E-commerce Store Theme Pro
2. BB E-commerce Store Theme Pro-Child
3. Gallery Images Banner
4. Title Banner Images

If you haven’t got the zip file of the theme, please send us your order number, we will give you the login credential of your account on our website

BB E-commerce Store Theme Pro is a premium version theme and B E-commerce Store Theme Pro-Child is a child theme.

If you have successfully completed theme installation, follow the below steps to get the demo content on your homepage.

1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.

Label it “home” or anything as you wish. Then select the template “home-page” from template drop-down.

2. Set the front page: Go to Setting -> Reading –> Set the front page display static page to home page.

It will show the demo content on the home page. Then customize it from the Appearance -> Customize -> TS Settings

Child theme: A child theme acquires styles, features, and functionalities from its parent theme. A child theme is an effective way to make modifications in the styles/ features of the parent theme without adjusting the code of parent theme. Along these lines, you can simply update the main WordPress theme with no stresses in regards to your customization and changes. Basically, a child theme is used to override the features of parent theme without affecting the parent theme. We suggest our customers, to make any of the changes to the child theme in case if any and child theme should be activated.

Sorry that category on left is for showing category, there is no option for adding an image there.
